Systems Design

Concepts are our primary tool in systems design. Everything we build represents our concepts—the ideas we prioritized, communicated, structured, and adapted with others. If we want to change what what we build, we need to first change our concepts. Systems design includes all the ways we work, alone and with others, to craft concepts that generate better systems.
